Part 3- The RF Unit

Most of the conversions I've seen. The RF unit is moved to the far left, with extra linkage added to make it work. I decided I could just move it to the top of the back. This would keep the RF over the lens and simplify the making of the connecting linkage.
I first removed the unit and epoxied it to a strip of 1/8" aluminum, 6" long X 15/16" wide. I drilled slots on each end for rough adjustment of the view and rangefinder. Once mounted on the camera back, it was a simple matter to cut a piece of brass, and solder it to the original lever to operate the RF arm.
